Hakim There used to be a person holding the office qodhi (judge) in Syibam. For decades no one who came to complain to him. "Why is no one among you who fight, no disputing," he complained one day to residents of the city.
"The inhabitants of this city have been reconciled to each other the Koran," they replied,
Anyone who forgive and do good, then the reward of (dependents) of God. (Surat ash-Syuraa, 42:40)
"They do not need you. What would you judge if they had been united. "

He just sat dazed every day. His appearance was a judge, but his actions as unemployed. Every day he entered office, although no one visited him.
After 14 years, two people came to see him.
"What?" Asked the judge.
"We have a problem," said one guest.
"Thank God, welcome, welcome, for years I missed this event. Come here, sit down, I will act fairly to you. "
The judge was getting ready to show off all of his knowledge, since this is the first case to be judgmental during his 14 years tenure.
"Well, tell persoalanmu!"
"I bought a parcel of land from these people. In that land there was a treasure trove of gold. On the property there are signs that the treasure from the days before Islam, which means that it is rikaz treasure. "
"True," the judge said.
"If that property rikaz, then it should belong to the landowner first. I then came to bring the treasure. I told him that all the gold was his. However, he did not want to accept. He said he had sold it to me. "
"Strange ..., is this the pengaduanmu? Now the answer! "The judge orders the other to his guest.
"Judge the noble, the land and its contents had been sold, so I no longer be eligible for the treasure. When selling I do not say, 'I sold this land does not include a treasure trove.' The treasure is stored in the soil that has been sold, then it is proper that the treasure belongs to the buyer of land. "" It is strange ..., is this you say? "
"Yes."
"How do you think now?"
"Judge a noble, you know God's Shari'a Shari'a. Take this treasure and use it, "said both of them.
"You want to save themselves and destroy Pak Hakimmu, huh?! Can not! "" Then our Judge. "
"Sabaaar ... be patient ... you have children?"
"Yes, I have a daughter."
"You?"
"I have a son."
"All right, get it out 1 / 5 of the asset as a charity because it was treasure rikaz. Then use the 4 / 5 the rest for your sons and daughters wedding. Now you go from this place. "

Amazing! Consider the complaint, the defense and the judge's decision. Subhan Allah, Prophet Muhammad had told of similar incidents experienced by the Israelites. But the people of Muhammad SAW more amazing happened. There is no virtue which was experienced by his past, except also experienced by these people, even more amazing.
